  2. Ab cooker me pani dalen.. pani dalne ke baad chane dalen….. phr namak, lal mirch, haldi powder dal kar cooker ko band kar ke cook karn. (galaen) (Pour water in cooker and put all Chick peas followed by salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder in the cooker and cover it till it all cook.
  3. Chane jab gal jaen to emli ka pani, kali mirch aur zeera dal kar mazeed pakaen (emli ke pani ko dry krn) cover nahe krne. without dhakan ke pani dry karn. ( Once chick peas cook, add Tamarind water, black pepper and cumin. Don't cover it just cook with out covering and make it dry.
  4. AB chano ko bowl me nikalen. (Take it out chick pea in bowl)
  5. Dusra bowl lain….. un me papar ko tor kar dalen….. samosa ko be chote chote tukron me kar ke dalen…. aur sweet potatoes ko be chote tukron me kat kar dalen phr sub chezen mix karn. (Take another bowl, add Crackers, break samosay also into small pieces, and sweet potato also and mix all items)
  6. AB chano ko aur baki sub chezon ko aCha sa mix krn. phr upar se hara dhanya, lemo ka juice aur chat masala dalen…….Mix everything and Garnish with coriander, chat masala and add lemon juice.
  7. Dahe ki chutney ke liye pani ko boil karn. (For Yogurt sauce, boil water)
  8. Grinder me hara dhanya aur hari mirchon ko aCha sa grind karn. (Put coriander and chilli in grinder and grind it)
  9. Ab usii grinder me dahe aur pani dal kar aCha se grind krn.. dahi ki chutney tayar hai… (In the same grinder, add yogurt and water and mix it up)
  10. Emli ki chutney ke liye boiled water me emli ko bhego kar rakhen 15 mints tak (For tamarind sauce; put tamarind in the boiled water and soaked for 15 mins)
  11. AB emli ki gutlyan nikalen… phr namak, aur kali mirch dal kar mix krn, emli ki chutney tayar hai. (Now take it out tamarind seeds, add salt and black pepper and mix it)
  12. Hamari chana chaat tayar hai.. emli aur dahe ki chutney ke sath savory chaat enjoy karn✌ (Out Chick pea chaat is ready to serve with Yogurt and tamarind sauce)
