  1. Switch on the gas flame and place a pan to it. Add there 2 Tablespoons of ghee and besan and fry them don't leave your spatula keep cooking it and don't allow the besan to dry it. Again add 1 Teaspoon of ghee after 25 mins it will release ghee. Keep roasting it till it's aroma comes.
  2. It will take 30 mins. Keep on roasting it, it will change it's colour to golden brown.
  3. Now transfer it into a open bowl. Allow it rest for 20 min. In the mean time place a pan to the gas and roast there some nuts like almonds and melon seeds. Now transfer it to the besan mix bowl. Turn off the gas and now add sugar and Cardamom powder to it.
  4. Now in little warm mixture now prepare laddoo or start making Ladoo and garnish them with Almonds. Keep it open to hard for 2 hr. Then enjoy
