I use my aunt's recipe to make nankhatai which has no milk and no yogurt. As this is a traditional recipe, I like to make it with ghee.   4. Preheat your microwave 180 degrees Centigrade
  5. Now make small balls and flatten them by pressing them gently between your palms and place them on a greased baking tray and place chopped cheerry on top
  6. Now bake for 20 to 25 minutes in 180 degrees Centigrade until fluffy and light golden on the bottom or a toothpick comes out clean
  7. Remove from oven and let cool on pan for a couple of minutes, cool completely and enjoy
