- Prepare 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
- Get 1/2 amchur powder
- Take 4 tbsp oil

Steps to make Barbatti Aloo,Mango Raita & Fried Parwal(pointed gourd):
- Mango Raita—-In a bowl whisk curd, add all the ingredients mix it well. Keep it in refrigerator. Serve cool. This is a sweet raita.
- Fried parwal—. Cut the parwala in long peices Heat ghee in a pan,add cumin seeds when they become brown add parwal cook it in a medium flame until parwal becomes crispy(it will take 8-10 min). Add all the masalas mix it well.Again cook for 1-2 minutes. Parwal is ready.
- Barbatti aloo—-Heat oil in a pan.Fry barbatti and aloo for 3-4 minutes. Transfer it in a bowl. In same pan add onions, sauté it till onions become brown add ginger garlic paste green chilli in it mix it cook it. Now add tomato puree and add the dry masala roast until oil leaves the pan.Now add barbatti and potatoes. Mix it well. Add little water in it cover the lid cook it for 6-8 minutes.
- Serve all this with rice and chapatis and offcource daal chutney papad and salad😊😊
