  8. Knead again for 5-6 minutes and divide the dough into 3 parts.
  9. Take one part and roll into a thin rectangular sheet.
  10. With a fork prick the sheet several times so that the bread will not puff up while baking.
  11. Prepare a baking tray with lining.Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree C.
  12. With a sharp knife, cut the sheet into several long triangles. This is the authentic shape of lavash.
  13. Place them to the baking tray. Put little gap between each lavash to ease the baking process.Brush them with milk.
  14. Sprinkle lots of sesame seeds, black seeds and flax seeds.
  15. Bake them in preheated oven for 12-13 minutes or until sides of the lavash become light golden brown.
  16. Let them cool completely on the tray. At first they may be little soft to touch. But they will be crisp after cooling. After cooling if you feel that the lavash are not crisp as you desires, bake them.again in the oven for 10 minutes at 130 degree C. Don't preheat the oven before 2nd baking.
  17. Store them in airtight container and enjoy whenever you like with any type of dip or even with youghrt.
